I spent quite a bit of time with the family this week! Which is good cause i have less than a month until I move to go to school! ahhh! crazy! it has also been 3 months now that klay has been gone, i have almost gone 100 days without my best friend...life is rough.
 Klay update:
"we had transfers two days ago!! and i got sent to a little area called concepcion argentina! i am a little bit overwhelmed though! it has been tough the past two days because i was sent here and now i am the secretary of the president in this little branch. also the president is my companion, another missionary and also, there are no men that had the priesthood here. . . so we dont have counsellors either. . .i get those parts ha. also i am the young mens teacher and the teacher of the priesthood class. .plus a missionary :) Oh. . . and i am not fluent :) haha lou? do you think God is trying to tell me something? ha. "
haha so pretty much I think he is a bit stressed out! But I know that he can do it, he is capable of so much more than he thinks he is :) He also said that his companion won't talk to him because he doesn't like him very much :( that makes me sad. Hopefully they will learn to love each other or something :)
My family went to lagoon on the 24th of July! We haven't gone as a family in 8 years! so it was good to go again, and we made sure to get a traditional old western photo while we were there :) We rode most of the rides, my dad got sick so he was holding in his puke all day, but he was a good sport about still going on rides even though he was sick :) Cole got sick after we ate lunch so he and Lisa sat out on most of the rides, and my mommy went on most of them with us too, except now she is super sore. When we got home that night I watched the fireworks on the roof with my dad! I have always wanted to do that!!! haha it was a lot steeper than I expected it to be.
We had a bridal shower for Lisa this week! It was a good turn out, she got a lot of good stuff. (Cole is excited about all the good food she got to make him yummy meals ;) haha I can't wait to get married! I want cool stuff! haha ;) jk that's not the only reason I want to get married, but it would be fun to get all sorts of new stuff!
We were in the preston parade last night with my Dad's work! we got to ride in the razor and throw candy :) it was fun except we had to pace ourselves with the candy so we wouldn't run out, it was so sad to not throw it sometimes! haha especially when the kids are yelling, "WE WANT CANDY!!" hahaha After the parade we went to the famous preston night rodeo! yee haw! ha My favorite part is the bulls! and mutton bustin :)

Month 3 challenge...COMPLETE.

To speed up the waiting process I have been doing monthly challenges.  They are supposed to make me busier so the time goes by faster :) Month 1 was to stay busy. I did that one easy cause it was the end of my senior year and i was getting ready to graduate! Month 2 was to write lovey dovey poetry. I don't know if the poems that I wrote were exactly lovey dovey, but i did write Klay a couple poems and sent them to him :) I would post 'em but i don't remember them exactly. And month 3 was to go out every Saturday night! This was good for me because I have been very anti social lately. And I am usually too lazy to get ready to go do anything with people! But I did it this month :) The first Saturday I was in Tennessee for HOSA so that was easy. The second week was the car show with the Kelsey's and the Munk's. And the 3rd week was Despicable me and game night with the Kelsey's and the Munk's. I like hanging out with them can you tell? :) And tonight i hung out with my friend Taylie! We went to Charlie's and got shakes and then talked for a while and then came back to my house to watch safe haven. A good long talk with a good friend and ice cream and a chick flick is just what i needed :) Month 4 is called "walk down memory lane" i get to go do all the things we used to do together! Like going to restaurants we used to go to and places we liked to hang out :) I am super excited for this one... although it would be much better if he was doing it with me again :)

TIMe

Time is going by so so so slow! probably because i haven't been busy at all lately, but still. Klay has only been gone for 2 and a half months and it seems like a lifetime. This waiting thing is so hard! I think it's so hard right now because... i don't know, i am just so lonely all the time! i wish we were just married already and everything was good haha. sometimes i think about that, like if he wouldn't have gone on a mission we would probably be married right now! or almost married or something. BUT! as much as i would love to be married to him, i am sooooo happy that he is on his mission. It is the best thing that he could be doing :) And when he does get back in 22 months we will have no regrets. I will never ever ever regret waiting. Because he is so worth the wait!! So i will just take it one day at a time. 649 days :)

Friends for Life

Two posts in 2 days, I am doing good! ha Well last night 2 of my friends that I have grown up with came over and we slept in the shed! It was probably the last night we will all be together. :( I don't like this. We have always been just a mile away from each other, but now Me and Kendra are going off to college! Kendra will be going to Central Wyoming to play Basketball and Volleyball. And Brianne will be a senior this year. But anyways, we had to have one last night together. We just talked about what girls talk about... Boys :) haha They were being so funny, we were telling our cutest kiss stories, and I told them mine and they kept saying, "oh my gosh i hate you! your life is like a fairytale!" haha Sometimes it doesn't seem like a fairytale... my prince isn't even here! ha But when he is here, it is pretty perfect :) They told me to go get one of his sweatshirts and spray some of his cologne on it for them hahaha they are dweebs. So I did and they were in heaven, we also watched lion king until we all fell asleep. We have had a lot of good times together over the past 18 years, I'm sad to be saying goodbye to them, but it's not forever. Hopefully we can reunite one day :)
I've been thinking a lot about college lately! And I am very excited!  I think it will be way fun, but I am also nervous about leaving everything. It will be sad, but I won't be too far away I can always come visit! I found this song by Carrie Underwood and it makes me cry every time I watch it...

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July everyone!! I know I'm a couple days late, but that's okay right? :) To start off the week I started my new job! But then 2 days later I quit! whoops.. I guess I'm just not a sales person. 

On the 3rd of July we went to my Uncle Robby's house to watch the fireworks, they live in Logan so it was kinda close to the stadium where the fireworks were. I spent the whole time trying to get good pictures of green fireworks!!!! haha The pictures down below are hard to tell but they are green :) 

Me and Whit slept over at my grandma Spackman's house with some of our cousins on Friday night. It was fun even though I am way older than all of them. I have always wished I had cousins that were my age! 

On Saturday me, my mom, and Whitney went to Newton to go boating with the Kelsey's and the Munk's! It was bunches of fun!! I got to wakeboard! I can't do anything cool yet... but I can at least stay up for a while now! When I went to Lake Powell with them last year they taught me how and I haven't gone since, so it was good to go again :) I am SO SORE now though! My neck and back are killing me... This morning I couldn't move. But it's okay, the fun outweighs the pain. Me and Whit also went to the cruise in last night and sat on Trev and Kierst's trailer, it was fun! It started raining but... in the words of Luke Bryan, "rain is a good thing" :) Rain is my favorite weather actually, I love it :)

Even though I love being with Klay's family, it makes me miss him even more. Because it makes me remember this time last year when we were doing everything together, like going boating and going to the cruise in and stuff. This morning I started crying cause i just want him here. It's hard, but we will make it :) 655 days left!
