IT'S COMING EVERYONE!

10 months down! I'm excited to announce that 1 year is almost here :) Actually there are a lot of milestones that we are going to be hitting in the next few months... here's the run down:
March 3- We will be out of the 400's! ahh! (as of today he has 404 days left)
March 20- my birthday! woot woot! I'll be 19, last year as a teenager :/ good or bad thing idk?
March 24- 11 months and our 2 year anniversary! HOLY COW! That flew by. time flies when you're having fun right?
April 24- 1YEAR MARK! I seriously am going to celebrate this day. whoever wants to join me is welcome :) this is also about the time school is getting out and I will get to go HOME! can't wait :)
May 1st- my sweet Klay's birthday. He is going to be 20! what an old man ;) jk I am excited for him to get his birthday present :) I will post about that later :)
wew! I am so excited for it all :) I wish I could like call him on his birfday or something.... oh what I would do just to be able to call that sweet thing! That would be the greatest thing. But I was thinking about this.. If I didn't get to email him or write him letters I would probably be saying, "oh what I would do to just get a letter from him! just one!" haha so today I am grateful for those sweet letters that he sends :) And for being able to give him my support through letters and emails. Speaking of that.. I got 2! last week and they were great. The only thing is... klay tries to put little surprises in the envelopes haha like buttons and SD cards.. so the mailmen open the letters and take em out!!! so my letters have been ripped open the past couple times. but the letters are still in them so that's ok :)
Something else that is exciting! My friend Angie left on her mission today!! I am so excited for her, the people of Nashville are going to love her. Nashville is one of the very few places I have got to travel to in my life, and I loved it. That southern hospitality makes my heart happy :) Knowing Angie she will do amazing and change so many lives. Also Nicole leaves on March 5th! Her farewell was this last Sunday and she did great as expected :) Nicole and I have had a lot of good times together and she is one of my best friends. Portugal sure is lucky. Good luck Nicole! I'm going to miss you, but I know you'll do great! Make sure to write :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's day everyone! What a wonderful holiday right? I can't decide if I really love the love day or not. It is quite wonderful when you have someone to share it with, but when you are alone it kind of sucks. Good thing this year my parents and my in-laws (not quite, but pretty much) :) made it a pretty good valentines day. They both spoiled me with candy and perfume and flowers. How nice of them. :) I love both of my families very much :) I wasn't able to send klay a package for Valentine's day...cause I'm poor. so instead I took some pictures to send to him! shout out to my mom for being my pro photographer for the day! enjoy lovelies :)

9 Months!! :)

Ahhhh oh my lanta! 9 months! I am so late posting this... because I am a lazy blogger. But at least I got to it :) Oh wow it feels so good to be done with 9 months! I got my 9 month 2 lines which you can read here. And it was another 3 months so it was picture time! Only 3 more and it will be one year, Hallelujah :)
I have been having a really hard time lately. I have just been really lonely! I haven't been hanging out with my guy friends as much... I don't really know why, but I have just been by myself lately. It sucked at first... but last night I was able to turn to my heavenly father and savior for comfort and for a friend. I felt so much peace, and I no longer felt lonely. I think that is part of this "waiting thing". I have learned that Heavenly Father and Christ will never leave. They can't go away for two years. They can't go on vacation. They are ALWAYS there! We are never alone. We just have to know how to turn to them when we feel like there is no one else to talk to. :) I also wrote Klay a letter and let him know that I am missing him. That helped. :)

I sent this picture to him in an email and he said, "send me that CTR one in the mail!!! it will make my comps jealous" :) haha silly boy.

The Best Day of my Life

I have no doubt that the day I get to marry my best friend and be sealed to him for eternity will be the best day of my life. I am so excited for it! And as far away as it seems it is only like a year and a half away!!! :) It's crazy to think about, but I think about it all the time because I know it will be such a special day. I have dreamed about my wedding day since I was a little girl, I'm excited for my dreams to become a reality one day :) My friend Kassidy told me about this song and I made this slideshow to go with it! :)

Happy Friday everyone, I hope you all had a great week! I did! Because.... (drum roll) I finally got a letter from my handsome missionary!!!! :) ahh yes. The only bad thing was the envelope was ripped when it finally got here so I don't know if everything was in it that was supposed to be, but it was great anyway :) Klay didn't have stamps for a while so it took forever for him to be able to send it! He finally got my stamps though, so hopefully the next letter won't take as long :) He sent me a Salta sticker that I am going to put on my car :) :)

Another good thing about this week, I finally got to see my great friends!! Kaylee, Kassidy, Sierra, and Nicole. Since it was a long weekend I got to go home and we got together and talked :) I miss hanging out with them so much! Hanging out with the boys is fun, but I miss my girl friends a bunch. It was good to talk with them and catch up :) We have been friends since 8th grade! crazy how time flies... we are all adults now :/ Sad that some of them will be on their missions when I am getting married :( I am expecting all y'all to invite me to yours though! ;)
I also got to spend some good time with mi familia and Klay's familia :) My mom and I did some scrapbooking for Klay's scrapbook which was fun, I enjoy being crafty when I can :) I also made Klay a Valentines day card!! I wish I could send him more... but I am poor. So he will have to wait for the one year mark/birthday to get presents. Me and Whit rode around in the snow on a razor my dad brought home for us to play with. She was freakin out, but I don't know why... cause I'm a good driver ;) My family went on a big hike behind our house with our doggies, crazy dogs were jumping in the water in the middle of winter! I went to visit Klay's parents and his brother and sister in law. They make me smile :) Can't wait until Klay is home and I can spend more time with them!!
I'm sorry I keep posting videos like every post, but I keep finding good ones!!! Here is my newest find on pinterest... I loooovvveee it!!!! :) I am also working on making a video... will post on my next post :)

Stay Strong With Me

My mommy made this video for me! And it's so sweet. I couldn't pick a song that describes me and Klay better. Especially before his mission, we worked really hard to improve each other so that we could be the best we could be :) I miss that about him the most I think. And I really wish I had that now. He helps me through emails and letters, but it's just not the same. One more thing to look forward to when he gets home! :) And this video was fun to look back through all our fun times :) I sure do miss him.
